The next IDEA UK User Group meeting will take place on Friday the 9th of November 2007. The meeting will involve discussions and tips on how to use IDEA more effectively in order to improve client service. The last IDEA UK User Group meeting took place on the 16th of May 2007. The meeting was structured around new features of the latest IDEA version and provided comprehensive case studies on a number of topics including IDEA's role in determining Data Integrity, improving Customer Relationships and examining purchasing patterns.
